From Tribal shrunken heads to wood-cut art work. It was great to see and draw from ans inspires a more gestural working method to be put into practice. The shrunken heads are fascinating, habing been undertaking figurative drawing of late and narratives centering around figure - the heads become almost whimsical and inspire me to take this sense of realism with a twist into my drawing to give it a sense of character.
